Hestia4All is looking for a volunteer to help us expand our network of emerging artists for our Artist Collective. We are seeking support developing an outreach and recruitment strategy to reach high school, college, and beginner artists interested in having their original artwork featured through Hestia4All. Tasks may include identifying artist communities and outreach channels, developing recruitment messaging, improving our artist call/submission materials, and creating a sustainable outreach plan our team can continue using. Our goal is to build a diverse network of emerging artists while creating meaningful opportunities for them to showcase their work and contribute to community impact.
Emerging artists often have limited opportunities to professionally showcase their work or reach new audiences. Hestia4All works to bridge that gap by transforming original artwork into apparel, prints, and other products while spotlighting the artists behind each piece and creating community impact. Expanding our artist network will allow us to provide these opportunities to more emerging creators, develop more artist-led collections, and increase the impact generated through their work. A strong recruitment strategy will help us reach artists who may not otherwise have access to opportunities to share and promote their creativity.
Hestia4All has already established the foundation for our Artist Collective, including an artist submission process, onboarding materials, collaboration agreements, and a growing group of participating artists. We are also developing artist features, product collaborations, and promotional content to provide meaningful exposure for participating artists. Our team will provide the volunteer with our existing outreach materials, submission forms, social media content, and information about past recruitment efforts. We are prepared to meet regularly, provide timely feedback, and implement the resulting outreach strategy across our website, social media, artist networks, and community partnerships.
