About the Opportunity

Produce a human-narrated audiobook (no AI voice, or undetectable - want this to feel authentic) and recommend accessible distribution options people likely already use. Help with narration workflow, basic audio editing/cleanup, and a short distribution plan with platform pros/cons and estimated fees. The book is about 45,000 words and narrative length is expected to be 5-6 hours. We can provide the narrator if necessary.

Turning these books into audiobooks will make J’s House’s story easier to access, deepen connection with supporters, and expand reach at events and online. Volunteers will help amplify our work to bring love, healing, and family to kids in crisis.

We can provide the book manuscript and the founder is available to consult on tone and narration choices. We will be responsive, provide source files, and coordinate testing/uploads. Additional specifics about length, narrator choice, and budget will be provided during volunteer interviews.
