About the Opportunity

We are looking for a volunteer to help us evaluate and select a software solution to automate our year-end reporting process for over 115 clubs.

Currently, our year-end reporting is a manual, time-consuming process for our volunteer-led clubs. You will help us save hundreds of hours of manual labor by:
- Evaluating software options (including Google Workspace and potential alternatives) against our specific reporting requirements.
- Providing testing support and validation for the selected tool.
- Reviewing our project scope and implementation documentation to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Creating a brief handoff memo or 'how-to' guide to help our internal team manage the new system moving forward.

By automating these reports, you'll help us increase data accuracy and consistency, allowing our volunteers to spend less time on paperwork and more time strengthening recreational and educational activities for our 55+ community members.

You will work closely with our leadership team, who will provide detailed reporting requirements, sample reports, and access to key stakeholders.
