We would love to get advice on whether our current conflict of interest policy is adequate to address the potential conflicts when a new employee also has their own business in the same area of housing as the nonprofit's mission.

A review and possible replacement or updating of our conflict of interest policy would help us make essential guardrails for employee roles.

We have our conflict of interest policy used for board members and will share that, as well as details about our goals for this project.
