Free Brands is a survivor-led nonprofit that creates entrepreneurship pathways for survivors of trafficking and gender-based violence, so they can build businesses and lasting economic freedom. We post across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, but we recreate everything from scratch each time, which is not sustainable for a one-person team. We are looking for a designer to build us a library of on-brand, reusable Canva templates we can fill in and post all year. We would love a few iterations of each type so our feed shows variety while staying clearly and consistently branded. We would also love each template adapted to the sizes that work best on each platform, rather than one size stretched to fit everywhere, since Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn each display differently.

The templates we need most:
Foundational "who we are and what we do" posts we can pin to the top of our profiles and feature on LinkedIn, so a first-time visitor instantly understands us.

A "Wealth Shifting Wednesday" series template that does two things at once: it reframes wealth away from greed and toward the freedom it can create, as defined by the survivors we serve, and it highlights a survivor-owned business with an invitation to move real dollars into it. Room to feature a rotating idea of what wealth means alongside the business spotlight would bring both purposes to life.

A "new business welcome" template for celebrating each business that joins our directory, with iterations that keep the same flow while looking fresh.

A member graphic survivors can post to their own socials to share that they are part of Free Brands, designed to look great on their feeds, plus a short "how to use this" guide encouraging them to add their Free Brands link in their bio and tag us so we can celebrate and reshare their post.
The more consistently and clearly we show up, the more survivor-owned businesses get seen by the people who want to support them. A ready library means our small team can post without starting from zero every time, strong pinned content means anyone who lands on our page understands in seconds why our work matters, and member graphics turn the survivors we serve into a network sharing our work with their own audiences. What you build keeps working for us with every post, well beyond the life of this project.
We are ready to move quickly. As the founder, I manage our content directly and will be your single point of contact, which keeps feedback fast and consistent. We are finalizing a refreshed brand identity, so you will have our colors, fonts, and logo to build from, and I will share the messages and post types we come back to most. We use Canva, so templates we can edit and reuse there are exactly what we need. We are looking for someone who can leave us with a library that makes showing up online feel easy instead of overwhelming.
