Create SCORM-compliant packages for youth workforce development courses so they can be uploaded to our LMS. Tasks include converting supplied course content into SCORM format, basic LMS testing, and delivering package files with brief setup notes.

Packaging these courses as SCORM will expand access to high-quality workforce development training, help practitioners strengthen programs and practices, support employer engagement, and increase young people's access to economic opportunity. Volunteers will enable scalable training adoption that furthers NYEC's mission.

We will provide course materials, a single project contact, and timely feedback; course details will be provided. The volunteer will collaborate with our team on testing and revisions, and our staff will upload and activate the finalized SCORM packages in our LMS, reaching a national network of youth-serving professionals.
