About the Opportunity

A skilled grant writer to help us draft 1-2 compelling, tailored grant proposals that clearly communicate our mission and impact. We're looking for someone who can produce clear, polished proposals with minimal iteration. We welcome individuals who are excited about storytelling and helping a small nonprofit grow their impact.

Grant funding will help Stoop Stories expand documentary films and community workshops that connect neighbors, preserve stoop stories, and reduce loneliness. Volunteers will directly support our mission by strengthening funding-ready storytelling and program messaging.

We've identified priority grant opportunities and have strong proposal templates, organizational materials and impact data ready to share. The completed proposals will be submitted to funders and used as templates for future grant applications.
