A concise assessment of the current website and clear recommendations for either improving the existing WordPress site or for a rebuild. Deliverables should include a prioritized list of changes, suggested technical approach, and next-step recommendations.

A stronger website helps us reach more of the people we serve and communicate our work clearly. Clear recommendations will help our team make focused improvements without guessing at technical decisions.

We will share current site context and priorities, engage with volunteers for discovery, and be responsive to questions so recommendations can be implemented by our team.
