Create a concise, actionable Oregon hiring compliance checklist that covers payroll registration, workers' compensation, Paid Leave Oregon, regional minimum wage determination, required labor law notices/postings, and new-hire reporting. Specifics and existing documents will be provided and refined with the volunteer.

This checklist will help Adrenal Insufficiency United hire and onboard staff or contractors in compliance with Oregon law, reducing legal risk and freeing the team to focus on education, resources, community building, and legislative advocacy for people affected by adrenal insufficiency. Volunteers will directly support program stability and growth.

Success will come from collaborative review with staff and the volunteer. The volunteer will work with available materials and stakeholder input to produce a clear checklist and implementation notes the team can adopt.
