Leadership Coaching for an art project in Brooklyn, NY

Our goal is for the coaching to help us move our organization forward. It was founded 5 years ago, and feels like it's at a threshold, ready to go past it, morph, grow and deliver more and better! I founded the organization, recruited the board, and do most of the tasks.

Therefore the organization would help if I am coached to lead the board better, and to move the organization forward in terms of fundraising and activities. I am looking for approximately six coaching sessions with an executive leadership coach who is well-versed in nonprofit management to help me define professional goals and next steps for leading our board and securing funding for the organization.

The volunteer will support our mission of bringing visual arts to our communities, particularly these that are underserved.
