Evaluate potential CRM and reporting solutions
Recommend an approach that aligns with our organization's needs and capacity
Outline data migration and integration considerations
Deliver a technology roadmap, implementation recommendations, and estimated budget

Our goal with this project is to make the data more accessible, streamlined, and accurate for grant reporting and create both financial and operating efficiencies to ultimately free us up to focus more on our mission. Our mission is to serve more teens to support their mental wellness, build their resilience and ultimately prevent them from self-harm.

We have a detailed outline of current technology software with a list of requirements of what we are looking to solve for.
You will be working with a small team of 2-3 people. Our board is fully supportive of us fulfilling our technology objectives for the next 1-3 years.
