We're looking for a pro bono consultant to help write a clear AI use policy tailored for a low-tech social services nonprofit that defines acceptable AI uses, data protection expectations for organization, client, and donor data, simple implementation steps and roles, and recommended next steps. This policy will apply to staff, volunteers and board members.
As a historical, low-tech social services nonprofit with an older staff, volunteer population, and board, having clear policies around technology, data, and privacy is really helpful for us to level up professionally and keep ourselves - and our clients/donors - protected.
We will share current practices and examples of how data is handled, consult with the audit committee, and collaborate with the volunteer to iterate the draft so the final policy can be reviewed and adopted.
