My goal is to have a functional low budget to no cost CRM system that works with our existing data that is at least semi-automated to fully automated so that we can increase our capacity and properly manage our members.

Through this project, our organization will finally have a CRM system that keeps our members updated and supported so that we can retain them longer without anyone being overlooked. We will also be able to have more capacity to manage and welcome newer members and grow as an organization.

We have prepared for this project by organizing and gathering the necessary data to make it easy for the volunteer to assess our needs and provide relevant recommendations.
