H.O.P.E. Leadership Group needs a graphic designer to help establish a clean, consistent visual identity across our website and social media platforms. Our current website has been flagged as hard to read and our social media visuals lack consistency. We are working alongside a brand strategist through Taproot and need a designer to bring that messaging to life visually. Deliverables include updated website graphics, social media templates, and a simple visual style guide covering colors, fonts, and imagery direction.

H.O.P.E. Leadership Group exists to produce socially, financially, and emotionally mature student athletes. Right now our visual presence does not reflect the quality of the work we do. A stronger, more professional design will help us attract the student-athletes, parents, and funders who need to know we exist. When our brand looks credible, doors open. The designer who helps us with this project is directly contributing to the growth of a program that is changing the trajectory of young people's lives in San Antonio and beyond.

We have already engaged a brand strategy volunteer through Taproot who is developing our messaging and brand voice. This project is the natural next step — bringing that strategy to life visually. The Executive Director will serve as the primary point of contact and is available to provide feedback quickly. We have an existing website and active social media pages ready for review. Any templates or visual guidelines created will be put to immediate use.
