About the Opportunity

We are seeking a fundraising professional to research and compile 10-15 foundation grant opportunities that align with our general operating support needs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The pro bono consultant will deliver a prioritized list that includes funder name, eligibility requirements, funding ranges, and application deadlines. We will provide organizational background, program descriptions, and funding priorities at the start of the engagement.

Flexible operating funds will allow TVBC to move pilot programs into full implementation, support hiring the first paid staff, and strengthen participatory research, advocacy, and storytelling. Volunteer work will directly increase our capacity to center lived experience and help communities lead their own transformation in Dallas–Fort Worth.

The founder will be the primary partner and will provide program background, priorities, and context for funding needs. We have identified general operating support as our priority and will use the volunteer deliverables immediately to pursue unrestricted funding and support next steps. Supporting documents will be provided.
