The volunteer will partner with our Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team to:

Conduct a brief leadership assessment through interviews and/or surveys to identify strengths, communication barriers, and opportunities for improvement.

Facilitate 2–3 leadership workshops focused on building trust, improving communication, clarifying roles, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

Develop a Leadership Charter or leadership alignment framework that establishes shared team norms, communication protocols, accountability expectations, and decision-making processes.

Create a practical 90-day Leadership Action Plan with measurable goals, recommendations, and accountability structures to support ongoing leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
We believe that by strengthening communication, collaboration, and leadership alignment, Replications will improve decision-making, increase organizational effectiveness, and build the leadership capacity needed to support continued growth. A more cohesive leadership team will also enable us to better scale our programs, strengthen staff engagement, and maximize our impact for the thousands of children and families we serve each year.
Our senior leadership team, which consists of four chiefs, four Regional Program Managers and 24 site directors, meets regularly to discuss the challenges of tripling in size over a short period of time, starting a very large new after school program, while hiring new chiefs to replace the three who left due to retirements and resignations. Having hired 2 new chiefs, we are now faced with challenges related to communications, role clarity, and effective collaboration. Because our chiefs requested and are committed to establishing a strong team consistent with our continuous improvement focus, we believe that the support of a volunteer will give us insight and new perspective about our work.
