A volunteer will learn our current systems and administrative workflows and produce a concise assessment recommending up to three AI-powered executive assistant products. The report will include pros/cons, integration notes for Microsoft Office/Teams, Zoom, and Google Drive, and suggested next steps. Specifics will be provided during interviews.
Selecting the right AI assistant will reduce administrative burden and free staff to deepen long-term partnerships with students, families, communities, and schools. Volunteers will help increase staff capacity to create out-of-school learning experiences that inspire the joy of learning.
We operate in Microsoft Office/Teams, Zoom, and Google Drive; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to map workflows, define evaluation criteria, and deliver a clear, prioritized recommendation our team can review and act on.
