Seeking Website Developer for The Advocate Room

The Advocate Room is a new start-up nonprofit created for caregivers waiting to make its public debut. Caregivers are the people who hold together the daily realities of caring for someone they love. Caregivers often move through their responsibilities quietly, making decisions, solving problems, and carrying weight that few others ever see.

Most support systems focus on the person receiving care. We focus on the person giving it. The health and well-being of the caregiver is the mission of our organization. Our new non-profit focuses on:
Mobilizing Care for the Caregiver and Protecting Caregiver Health.

We believe Caregivers deserve health.
This is why we are building programs and initiatives that give caregivers a place to pause, regroup, feel deeply supported and recognized — without adding emotional burden or demanding time they don’t have.

Our digital presence is a core part of our work, and we are preparing the website for our 2027 public launch

The Advocate Room’s website is already built on WordPress and fully populated with content.
What we need now is a developer who can ensure the site functions smoothly, securely, and consistently across all devices — and who can help refine the final details so the site is ready for launch.

This is a refinement and functionality project, not a rebuild.

Our Mission: To support Family/Friend Caregivers and Healthcare Advocates by providing safe, nurturing platforms and initiatives that help them manage their caregiving lives, health and well-being. Our platforms and initiatives also educate the general public about this ever-growing need. Our non-profit organization is rewriting the Caregiver's Story.
