I am seeking a skilled WordPress volunteer to provide personalized coaching and help me manage my live website, bullynomoremusical.org. Because I did not set up the site myself, I currently lack the knowledge to add new content, make updates, or fix existing errors. I need a patient mentor over the course of a few weeks to guide me through the basics of logging in, uploading media, and mastering the workflows for adding, editing, and publishing. Additionally, I would appreciate brief how-to notes that I can reference after our sessions. I am eager to discuss the exact format, scheduling, and scope of these training sessions so I can confidently maintain and grow our organization's online presence.
This project directly accelerates the mission of the Bully No More Foundation by breaking a critical digital bottleneck and placing full, immediate control of our online presence into our own hands. Transitioning away from a reliance on external developers allows us to swiftly publish timely curriculum updates, expand our digital reach to schools, and seamlessly manage our community support grant program. By keeping our vital educational materials, event dates, and anti-bullying musical resources completely current and error-free, we ensure that educators, parents, and community partners always have instant access to the tools they need. Ultimately, this technical independence empowers us to operate with agility, drive community engagement, and deepen our real-world impact in fostering safer environments for children.
We are positioning this project for maximum efficiency by ensuring our leadership is highly motivated, organized, and ready to dive in on day one. As the sole Project Director, I am fully prepared to dedicate consistent weekly availability for our training sessions and will provide clear, immediate communication regarding our learning pace. We will establish a collaborative workspace from the start, bringing a clear inventory of the exact pages, text updates, and media content that need to be published on the live site. Additionally, because our organization is actively looking into consolidating our web presence onto Hostinger—where we already successfully manage 14 digital books—we can provide the volunteer with an organized overview of our current hosting setups to streamline any backend adjustments.
