Review our current fundraising mix and identify 3-4 new high-potential unrestricted revenue streams. Define donor segments and prioritized tactics for acquisition and retention, and create an implementation plan with a 12-month timeline.
Increasing unrestricted funding and improving donor retention will help Lionheart develop, sustain, and scale trauma-informed SEL programming for adults in prisons and jails, youth in residential and juvenile settings, adolescent parents, and the direct-care staff who serve them. Volunteer expertise will expand visibility and build reliable revenue to deepen program reach.
Volunteers will work with leadership to review current fundraising and communications context, access available materials and stakeholders, and co-create clear, actionable recommendations the team can implement.
