Six one-on-one coaching sessions to practice executive presence, speaking, and presenting while adapting techniques for low vision. Sessions will focus on building confidence, preparing to present to different stakeholders, and developing accessible delivery strategies. Specifics and scheduling will be discussed with volunteers.
Improved accessible presentation skills for the executive director will strengthen the Consortium’s ability to advocate for patient-centered research, foster collaboration, and ensure patient voices guide testing innovation. Volunteers’ coaching will directly increase our capacity to communicate clearly and inclusively with partners and stakeholders.
I am seeking six coaching sessions and can provide background on the stakeholders I present to along with my accessibility preferences. I will be an engaged partner, share relevant materials, and work with the volunteer to refine session goals; further details will be provided during interviews.
