Grant Strategy and Writing
As a start-up nonprofit serving youth throughout Southeast Georgia, we have identified numerous grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and charitable organizations that align with our mission and programming. The research has already been completed, and a list of potential funding opportunities has been assembled. We are now seeking the assistance of a seasoned volunteer grant writer to help prepare, write, and submit grant applications that will allow us to expand our impact and help support Klubs4Kids Youth Development Programs.
Some of the funding opportunities that have already been identified include:
• Harley Langdale Jr. Foundation
• The Coca-Cola Foundation
• Georgia Power Foundation
• The Knox Foundation
• Georgia-Pacific Foundation
• Community Foundation of South Georgia
• Georgia’s Own Foundation
• Golden Grant – McDonald’s
The funding obtained through these grants will support:
• Golf instruction and equipment for underserved youth
• STEAM-based educational programming
• After-school and summer enrichment programs
• Leadership and character development initiatives
• Mentorship opportunities
• Transportation assistance for participants
• Nutritional support and healthy lifestyle education
• Scholarships for children who otherwise could not participate
Our organization is led by dedicated volunteers who are passionate about creating opportunities for young people through the game of golf and educational enrichment. While our team has identified funding sources and developed program concepts, we recognize the tremendous value that an experienced grant writer can bring in helping us secure the resources necessary to serve more children and families.
We respectfully request a who has experience in nonprofit grant writing, foundation relations, proposal development, or fundraising strategy. We are seeking assistance with writing and submitting up to three grant applications over the next three months, while also helping us establish the framework for a sustainable, long-term grants development program that can support future organizational growth.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to help Klubs4Kids build a stronger future for the youth we serve. We welcome the opportunity to discuss our programs, goals, and funding needs in greater detail.
