Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth
As a growing nonprofit serving seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers, we are seeking a strategic roadmap that aligns our mission, vision, organizational priorities, and future growth objectives into one actionable plan.
The volunteer will facilitate the strategic planning process by assessing our current organizational capacity, identifying strategic priorities, and developing measurable goals and implementation milestones. Supporting analyses, such as a SWOT assessment, key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementation timelines, may be incorporated into the strategic plan as appropriate.
The primary deliverable will be a Board-ready Three-Year Strategic Plan that includes strategic priorities, measurable objectives, implementation milestones, and recommended performance measures to guide organizational decision-making and sustainable growth.
By partnering with a skilled volunteer, we will create a practical roadmap that aligns our mission with measurable goals and actionable priorities. Rather than supporting one individual initiative, this project will establish the strategic foundation that guides our organization for years to come, helping us make informed decisions, maximize community impact, and ensure that every legacy deserves care.
We will provide the volunteer with our organizational documents, mission and vision statements, program information, Board input, current strategic priorities, and other relevant materials needed to support the planning process. Our Executive Director will serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate stakeholder participation throughout the engagement.
Upon completion, the Three-Year Strategic Plan will be formally reviewed and adopted by our Board of Directors and integrated into our annual planning, budgeting, and organizational decision-making processes.
