A volunteer will audit our website setup (hosted on hostinger.com), identify configuration or usability issues, and provide a prioritized list of recommended fixes. They can help implement straightforward changes where feasible and deliver a short handoff checklist. Specific pages, platform, and access details will be provided during interviews.

Ensuring the website is correctly set up will help people seeking help find and access our trauma-informed services, communicate our message of respect and unconditional love, and build trust with clients and partners. Volunteers’ work will directly improve how our organization connects people to safe, supportive fresh starts.

We will collaborate with the volunteer, respond promptly to questions, and confirm priorities so recommendations can be implemented. Volunteers can expect a single point of contact and timely feedback to complete the work.
