A volunteer will co-create a 10-week mentorship curriculum for AfCoFo's community of creatives working in fashion, film, and photography in African markets. Deliverables include three ready-to-run coaching session agendas, practical action steps for participants at each stage, and a concise written recommendations brief our team uses to facilitate the program independently after the engagement ends.
This mentorship plan will strengthen pathways to jobs, entrepreneurship, and economic mobility for African creatives by improving marketing and business readiness in fashion, film, and photography. The volunteer will help build practical tools and guidance that expand opportunities and partnerships for AfCoFo’s community.
Our team has internal buy-in to implement the curriculum once it's complete. We will share existing program materials and context at kickoff and have a staff lead ready to collaborate throughout the engagement and run the program after the volunteer is done.
