Financial Model for the Welcome Baby Basket Initiative

We'd like to connect with a pro bono consultant who can help us create a financial package that includes recommended pricing tiers for multiple basket options, estimated cost-of-goods per tier, a one-year expense model across different distribution volumes, a simple ROI/sustainability model, and pragmatic recommendations for long-term financial sustainability.

Desired Volunteer Experience: We are seeking a volunteer with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Financial planning
Budget development
Cost analysis
Nonprofit financial modeling
Program sustainability
Accounting or corporate finance

This model will enable The Faisal Foundation to expand the Welcome Baby Basket Initiative responsibly, ensuring families of infants with cleft and craniofacial conditions receive timely support while protecting program sustainability and advancing the Foundation’s mission to improve access to life-saving care.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer and provide program scope, target distribution scenarios, and available supplier or cost information. We'll make staff available for interviews and will discuss any missing assumptions and timelines during project kickoff so the work can be implemented by our team.
