We are looking for a skilled volunteer to develop a prioritized funding roadmap and a first 90-day action plan to help us develop donated land into supportive housing and service spaces. You will help us identify the most viable funding streams, categorize potential grants, and create a step-by-step plan for our team to execute in the first three months of the project.
This strategy will help COCAS pursue resources to responsibly develop donated land into supportive housing or service space, enabling expansion of housing, mental health, and domestic violence supports. Volunteer contributions will directly increase services and resilience for underserved community members.
Success for this project looks like a clear, actionable document that tells us exactly where to focus our energy first. You will work closely with our leadership team, who will provide all necessary context on the land acquisition and our program goals, and we will establish a regular check-in schedule to review drafts and provide feedback.
