A branded email marketing campaign for our health and wellness event that includes a campaign strategy, 3–5 editable email templates with subject lines and CTAs, recommended sending schedule and basic audience segmentation guidance. Specific messaging, assets, and ESP setup will be discussed with volunteers.

This campaign will increase awareness and attendance for the event and connect participants to resources that help address the 6 dimensions of health, including unmanaged stress, anxiety, and depression. Volunteers’ work will strengthen our outreach so we can better serve people across the United States and the Caribbean.

Details will be provided and our team will share brand guidelines, event information, and available audience lists during the engagement. Volunteers will collaborate with staff in short weekly sessions and receive timely feedback to ensure deliverables fit our marketing strategy.
