Create a social media content strategy and a content calendar with sample post captions and guidance for assets and posting cadence for the organization’s platforms. Specific platforms, audience goals, and existing materials will be provided during volunteer interviews.
A clear social strategy and calendar will raise awareness of BOTW’s training and placement programs, help recruit partners and employers, and showcase youth progress and success—supporting opportunity youth in Richmond to gain skills and access family-sustaining careers.
Details and materials will be provided during interviews. We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, provide timely feedback, and support adoption of the calendar so the work is implemented and sustained. Further logistics and priorities will be defined with the volunteer.
