We're looking for a volunteer to create a stakeholder landscape report and map to help us better serve young adults (ages 18–24) in Richmond. By identifying organizations doing similar work and highlighting service gaps, you will help Bridge Over Troubled Water minimize duplication and build strategic partnerships that connect youth to meaningful career pathways.

Scope of work includes:
• Researching the local ecosystem of organizations serving 'opportunity youth.'
• Creating a stakeholder map and a prioritized list of potential partners.
• Identifying key gaps or opportunities where our organization can add unique value.
This research will help Bridge Over Troubled Water identify partners, reduce duplication, and target program and partnership opportunities so the organization can better equip opportunity youth (ages 18–24) in Richmond with skills and work-based pathways to secure meaningful careers.
We will collaborate with the volunteer to clarify geographic scope and priorities and will provide organizational context during interviews. Details and any background materials will be shared with the volunteer so they can complete a focused, actionable analysis.
