Review current pilot program materials and co-create an implementation-ready strategy that includes a SWOT analysis, a logic model, identification of key stakeholders, and a clear communications plan. Specific documents and scope details will be provided and refined with volunteers during interviews.
This project will help BOTW refine a human-centered, whole-person pilot that strengthens supports and work-based pathways for Richmond opportunity youth (18–24). Volunteer contributions will shape program elements that help participants secure family-sustaining careers and move toward economic stability.
Our team is ready to collaborate with volunteers to share existing materials and context. We will work together to translate volunteer recommendations into an actionable pilot implementation plan and communication steps.
