A prioritized pipeline of 5-10 vetted grant opportunities with deadlines and eligibility notes, plus drafted master grant proposal for the top targets. The volunteer will review our existing materials and collaborate with our team to prepare submission-ready drafts.

Securing grants will help Elmjack Little League sustain and strengthen seasons and programming that provide a safe, inclusive, supervised environment where youth learn teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. Volunteer expertise in grant sourcing and writing will directly expand opportunities and support for local children and families.

We have existing materials, prior applications, and a compelling community story to share with the volunteer. Those documents will be provided and we will work collaboratively to clarify priorities. Details about submission roles and timelines will be provided during interviews to ensure the proposals are actionable for our team.
