READIED By FF, Inc. is an early-stage 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on realistic, scenario-based readiness training for public safety, emergency response, school safety, and community resilience. We currently have a WordPress website, foundational branding, social media accounts, and supporting content, but the site needs to be reworked into a more polished, cohesive, nonprofit-facing digital presence.

We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help redesign and improve our WordPress website so it clearly communicates our mission, builds credibility with funders and partners, and includes a clear path for supporters to donate or get involved. This project is not just an audit; we are looking for hands-on help improving the actual site structure, page flow, messaging presentation, visual consistency, and donation readiness.

The goal is to create a professional nonprofit website that feels mission-driven, credible, visually cohesive, and appropriate for donors, grantmakers, public safety partners, university partners, and community stakeholders.

Key deliverables may include updating homepage structure, improving navigation, refining page layouts, strengthening calls to action, organizing existing content, improving visual consistency, connecting social media links, and helping set up or improve donation functionality within WordPress.
A stronger website and digital presence are critical to READIED’s next stage of growth. As a new nonprofit, we need potential donors, grantmakers, public safety partners, university partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders to quickly understand who we are, why the mission matters, and how they can support or partner with us.

This project will help us present READIED as a credible, mission-driven nonprofit rather than an early-stage concept. A more polished WordPress website with clear messaging, stronger visual consistency, donation functionality, and connected social media channels will directly support fundraising, partnership development, volunteer engagement, and future grant opportunities.

The improved site will help us communicate our work around readiness, resilience, emergency response, school safety, and community preparedness in a way that is clear, professional, and easy for supporters to act on.
We have already completed a significant amount of preparation for this project. READIED By FF, Inc. has received 501(c)(3) status, has an existing WordPress website, has foundational nonprofit messaging, brand direction, social media accounts, and supporting presentation materials ready to share. We are not asking a volunteer to start from scratch.

I will provide the volunteer with access to the current WordPress site, existing written content, logo/brand materials, mission and vision language, nonprofit documentation, and examples of the tone and visual direction we are trying to achieve. I can also be available for regular check-ins and quick approvals so the volunteer can move efficiently.

The current need is to take what already exists and turn it into a cleaner, stronger, more credible nonprofit web presence. I am prepared to provide clear priorities, timely feedback, and any needed background so the project can stay focused and manageable within the Taproot project timeline.
