Configure and optimize our Google Ads account to improve visibility to prospective participants, donors, and supporters. Tasks include keyword research, a pilot campaign and ad group setup, ad copy recommendations, conversion tracking/Analytics linking, and a short optimization plan.

Improved ad visibility will help reach more participants, donors, and supporters, increasing awareness and resources that support developing resilient, confident hockey players of color by reaffirming identity and expanding peer and support networks.

We'll provide campaign goals, target audience information, branding assets, and account access during onboarding. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to refine targeting and implement recommendations; additional details will be provided in interviews.
