A concise funding plan and SWOT analysis for a program delivering youth emergency preparedness workshops to middle schoolers in local libraries. The volunteer will identify and prioritize potential funding sources with brief rationale and suggested next steps.

This funding plan will help All Care Plus expand hands-on emergency preparedness workshops for middle schoolers, strengthening community self-health and safety awareness and supporting ongoing first aid and CPR education. Volunteers will directly increase the program's reach and sustainability.

We have a program concept and will provide existing materials and program details; these will be shared with the volunteer. Our team will be available for regular check-ins to clarify goals and to implement the volunteer's recommendations.
