Comprehensive Impact Reporting Framework

We are looking for a skilled volunteer who can help us develop a comprehensive impact reporting framework that enables our organization to consistently organize, communicate, and present the outcomes of our programs. Specifically, we need support with:

- Reviewing our current approaches to reporting program metrics, participant feedback, testimonials, and program outcomes.
- Developing a standardized framework for communicating impact across our programs.
- Recommending how quantitative and qualitative stories can be organized into a clear, compelling narrative.
- Developing practical templates or reporting tools that our team can use to prepare annual impact reports.

The volunteer will work directly with 1–2 staff members over 4–6 weeks, dedicating approximately 2–5 hours per week, to create a reporting framework that our team can use year after year.

Out of Scope:
- Auditing or redesigning data collection methods
- Designing the visual layout of the report

Ms. JD is a national nonprofit on a mission to advance women in the legal profession — and we are looking for a skilled volunteer to help us communicate our impact more consistently. As we celebrate our 20th Anniversary and cross the $1 million revenue milestone, we are scaling our flagship programs — including LaddHer Up, the Limitless Awards & Gala, Determined to Rise, and the Law Student Leadership Academy — which means our impact reporting practices must keep pace.

Leadership has identified impact measurement and reporting as a strategic priority and is committed to implementing the recommendations developed through this project. We are prepared to share our existing surveys, program metrics, participant testimonials, annual reports, and other reporting materials, and staff will be available for working sessions and timely feedback throughout the engagement. Upon completion, the framework will serve as the foundation for future annual impact reports.
