We are seeking a skilled volunteer to partner with us for the next chapter of our nonprofit, which focuses on providing high-quality riding lessons to individuals from underserved communities. Our mission is to inspire personal growth, confidence, and leadership through the art of equestrian education, providing high-quality riding lessons that empower individuals from underserved communities to thrive both in and out of the arena.

As a grassroots founder, I am looking to transition our program into a sustainable, scalable phase. We have a clear vision, but we need an expert to help us translate that vision into a realistic, structured strategic roadmap and a lean annual operating budget.
Our nonprofit is on a mission to inspire personal growth, confidence, and leadership through the art of equestrian education, providing high-quality riding lessons that empower individuals from underserved communities to thrive both in and out of the arena. Horsemanship teaches invaluable life skills—resilience, emotional balance, focus, and core strength—but historically, access to this transformative world has been limited by socio-economic boundaries. We are changing that by bringing a premium standard of instruction directly to communities that need it most.

right now, our biggest hurdle isn’t our vision or our passion—it is structure. We need to bridge the gap between our big-picture goals and a concrete, actionable plan.
I am fully prepared to hit the ground running on day one, ensuring our volunteer’s time is used with maximum efficiency. Over the past several months, I have laid a solid foundation to ensure this project’s absolute success:

Strategic Groundwork: We have locked in a crystal-clear, refined mission statement that perfectly defines our focus on equestrian education and our commitment to serving underserved communities with a high standard of excellence.

Operational Research: I have already gathered the necessary baseline market data regarding local equine liability insurance averages, feed/farrier costs, and facility rental landscapes in our target area. The volunteer will not have to start from scratch researching the industry; the raw operational variables are ready to be organized.

Professional Alignment: With an Associate Degree in Financial Management and a deep professional background in prestige customer experience and administration, I bring a strong understanding of fiscal responsibility and professional organization to the table. I am fully equipped to speak the volunteer's language and handle the necessary analytical tracking.

How the outcomes will be implemented:
The final strategic roadmap and budget model created during this project will serve as our organization's immediate, official blueprint for 2026–2027. I will personally implement these outcomes to:

Secure formal facility partnerships with local equestrian arenas to host our pilot programs.

Present a rock-solid, transparent financial plan to local community foundations and grant-making bodies.

Confidently pitch to early-stage corporate donors who want to see measurable milestones before investing.

As a founder, I am fully committed to doing the heavy lifting between our weekly sessions. This project will directly catalyze our ability to get riders into the arena, and a volunteer can step in knowing their expertise will have an immediate, tangible impact.
