Work with our team to optimize the Airtable request form and underlying base so Donor Engagement and Communications reliably collect required project and event information. Deliverables include a revised form schema, improved field validation and views, and brief documentation.

Streamlining intake for events and communications will help Donor Engagement and Communications respond faster and more accurately to requests, improving outreach and donor stewardship. Better processes support WCN's mission by enabling more effective fundraising and communications that help conservationists protect endangered wildlife.

We will share the current Airtable base and sample requests and make key stakeholders available for interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to iterate on the form, and our teams will implement and test the agreed recommendations.
