Audit the organization's Google Ads account to identify why campaigns are not serving and ad budget is not spending. Recommend and implement fixes to enable ads to run and optimize targeting to drive support-group registrations and fundraising. Specific account access and campaign history will be provided and discussed.

Getting the ads running will increase registration for support groups and boost fundraising, helping (B)MEN mobilize and support Black men through programs, conferences, and community action. Volunteers’ work will directly expand outreach to community members who need these services.

The account is already set up, ad dollars are allocated, and staff have spent ~20 hours troubleshooting. We will provide account access, campaign history, and campaign goals for registrations and donations. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to test fixes and confirm ads begin serving.
