A tailored board training curriculum and supporting materials (slide deck and facilitator guide) designed to run as one or more workshops. Session topics, learning objectives, and timeline will be defined collaboratively with the volunteer; details will be provided.

Stronger board skills and governance will help the organization better oversee and scale environmental education and on-the-ground work protecting pollinators, conserving water, and advancing climate resilience. Volunteers will directly boost our capacity to deliver community impact.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer to define learning goals, confirm participant availability, and provide organizational context during interviews. Specific session logistics, existing materials, and feedback plans will be agreed together; details will be provided.
