A written organizational AI use policy and a practical implementation checklist tailored to the nonprofit. The volunteer will collaborate with our team to draft the policy and produce an actionable checklist. Details and priorities will be provided during volunteer interviews.

A clear AI policy and checklist will help ensure our use of AI supports safe, equitable tools for environmental education and on-the-ground work. This will protect community trust and improve how we apply AI to pollinator protection, water conservation, climate action, and youth programs.

Details will be provided. Our team will engage with the volunteer through regular check-ins and share relevant background during kickoff so the volunteer can draft, iterate, and finalize the policy and checklist with staff feedback.
