Refine our QuickBooks setup to better track restricted grant funds and use Projects/classes for grant fund management. Volunteer will review the current structure, propose adjustments to tracking (accounts/projects), and produce concise documentation and recommended workflows.

Clearer tracking of restricted funds will help Balafon ensure grants are spent as intended, strengthening financial transparency and enabling sustainable program delivery. Volunteers will directly support the ensemble’s mission to deepen community connections through uplifting West African dance.

Volunteers will discuss the current QuickBooks file and grant reporting needs with staff. Our team will be available to review proposed changes, test updates, and adopt recommended workflows so the improvements can be implemented smoothly.
