HeyGen Power User & AI Video Production Expert

We want to create a professional, repeatable AI video production system using HeyGen that enables our organization to efficiently produce high-quality educational and advocacy videos. The volunteer will help us optimize our custom avatar, develop branded templates, establish production workflows, improve video quality, and train our team so we can consistently create engaging content for social media, our website, podcasts, email campaigns, and volunteer recruitment. The goal is to build a scalable video production capability that supports our long-term communications strategy.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will help expand our ability to educate, engage, and mobilize citizens through compelling digital communications. By helping us build a scalable AI-powered video production system, the volunteer will enable our small volunteer-driven organization to produce more high-quality educational content, recruit and train more volunteers, and communicate more effectively across multiple digital platforms. Their expertise will create lasting organizational capacity that supports our mission of strengthening civic engagement and encouraging informed participation in our democratic process.

Our leadership team is committed to making this project successful. We have already invested significant time developing our messaging, branding, website, scripts, and digital communications strategy. We have an active HeyGen account with a custom avatar, along with a growing library of visual assets, graphics, and video scripts.

The volunteer will have direct access to decision-makers, timely feedback, and all necessary materials. We will designate a single point of contact, schedule regular check-in meetings, and be available to answer questions and review work throughout the engagement. Our objective is not only to complete this project, but also to learn best practices so we can independently produce high-quality AI-generated videos long after the engagement ends.
