We are looking for a volunteer to create a CRM Optimization Roadmap to help us fully utilize Givebutter to engage our community and support survivors.

We recently moved to Givebutter but aren't yet using its full potential for donor tracking, communications, or automated workflows. A skilled volunteer will help us by:
- Reviewing our current Givebutter setup and data structure.
- Identifying underutilized features (such as tags, segments, or engagement tools) that align with our goals.
- Creating a written "Best Practices & Workflow Guide" that our team can follow to ensure consistent data entry and impactful outreach.

By the end of this project, we will have a clear strategy for using our CRM to deepen donor relationships and sustain our mission.
As a survivor centered organization, we are dedicated to provide trauma informed movement and survivor investment resources. Creating a CRM that draws on our community support will allow us to inform our community members on what is happening along with identifying ways they can support us.
My team and I are committed to attend digital meetings with questions and follow up action items. We are eager to learn and grow together.

Organization Mission

Healing in Movement is a community based organization providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive movement programs for survivors and community members to disrupt cycles of violence. We host classes, workshops, and community outreach initiatives that integrate various movement practices (such as yoga, dance, and somatic therapies). Our programs empower survivors and their community by improving their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, with the ultimate goal of disrupting intergenerational cycles of violence.
