Design a Clinician Recruitment Package and Canva Templates

My goal for this Taproot Project is to create a professional, visually compelling recruitment package that helps GiGi's Playhouse Phoenix attract exceptional speech-language pathologists to our Amina Grace Speech Therapy Program.

The finished materials will communicate the quality of our clinical team, the uniqueness of our program, and the meaningful impact clinicians can have while serving individuals with Down syndrome. We hope to create recruitment materials that can be used for several years across digital and print platforms, with editable Canva templates that allow us to update positions and contact information as our staffing needs evolve.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by helping us attract and recruit exceptional speech-language pathologists to serve individuals with Down syndrome in our community.

The Amina Grace Speech Therapy Program provides free, evidence-informed speech and language therapy to individuals with Down syndrome from infancy through adulthood. Because our services are offered at no cost to families, recruiting outstanding clinicians is essential to maintaining and expanding access to these life-changing services.

The recruitment materials developed through this project will help us communicate the quality of our program, strengthen our outreach to qualified clinicians, and build a sustainable clinical team for the future. Every outstanding speech-language pathologist we recruit allows us to serve more individuals, reduce waitlists, and provide more families with access to specialized speech and language services they might not otherwise be able to afford.

The volunteer's work will have an impact far beyond the finished design. Their contribution will help us connect talented clinicians with meaningful opportunities to change lives, creating lasting benefits for the individuals and families we serve for years to come.

My team and I have prepared for this project by clearly defining our goals, identifying the specific deliverables we need, and gathering the materials necessary for the volunteer to begin work efficiently. We have developed the messaging and written content, selected the information we want to include, and have our logo, brand guidelines, and program photographs available for use.

Throughout the project, we will be responsive, provide timely feedback, and be available for regular check-ins to answer questions and review design concepts. We value the volunteer's expertise and look forward to collaborating while also providing clear direction and prompt decisions.

Once completed, the recruitment materials will be implemented immediately to support the hiring of speech-language pathologists for our Amina Grace Speech Therapy Program. They will be used in digital recruitment efforts, including email outreach, social media, online job postings, and our website, as well as in print for networking events and professional conferences. We also hope to receive editable Canva templates so our team can easily update future openings while maintaining a consistent, professional look.
