Operations and Organizational Systems Support

H.O.P.E. (Habits, Ownership, Purpose, and Execution) Leadership Group is a newly launched Texas nonprofit led by a sole Director who currently manages all organizational functions alone. We need help building simple, practical systems that reduce the administrative burden on our ED and keep our board and partners accountable and engaged. The deliverable we are looking for is an operational toolkit that includes a board engagement tracker, a task-and-deadline management system, and a simple follow-up process for community partners and stakeholders. Everything built should be easy to maintain and not require specialized software or technical skills to use.

H.O.P.E. Leadership Group exists to develop student-athletes into disciplined, accountable young people. Right now our Executive Director spends valuable time on administrative tasks that could be spent directly serving students, building community partnerships, and growing the program. Stronger operational systems mean more time where it matters most. When our board is engaged, our partners are followed up with, and our tasks are tracked, we show up better for every student-athlete we serve. The volunteer who helps us build these systems is directly contributing to the development of the next generation of leaders in San Antonio.

The Executive Director will serve as the primary point of contact and is deeply invested in making this partnership work. We are a lean, focused organization which means any system built gets implemented immediately with no bureaucratic delays. Our board is aware of and supportive of this effort. We come prepared with existing materials, clear goals, and the commitment to show up as a true partner throughout this project.
