A prioritized funding plan covering grants, donor opportunities, and revenue diversification ideas to help our organization cover insurance and medical, dental, and vision equipment costs. Specific documents and assumptions will be provided and refined with the volunteer.
This funding plan directly supports our ability to sustain the programs and services core to our mission. A diversified revenue base gives us the stability to plan ahead with confidence, instead of scrambling to cover costs year to year.
We will collaborate closely with the volunteer and provide organizational priorities and financial context. Specific financial documents, expense details, and timelines will be provided during interviews so the volunteer can confidently build the budget and funding recommendations.
