Academic Partnership Outreach

A strategic outreach plan and supporting materials to engage US schools, colleges and universities, including target institution criteria, suggested outreach messaging, and email templates. Crucially, this project includes designing a compelling partnership proposal presentation deck to present to potential academic partners. It will also encompass an engagement strategy for faculty/deans/researchers and recommended next steps for pursuing joint workshops, conferences, seminars, and research collaborations.

This project directly supports ICERT’s core mission to advance scientific knowledge and inclusive education by helping us bridge the gap between global academic networks and real-world impact. By collaborating on this strategic outreach plan and presentation deck, the volunteer will empower us to establish sustainable partnerships that drive joint workshops, conferences, seminars, and research collaborations. Ultimately, this support expands our capacity to deliver high-quality, scientifically backed training to underserved education and school communities globally, truly embodying our motto of Knowledge, Wisdom, and Prosperity.

Our leadership team is fully aligned and ready to collaborate closely with the selected volunteer. To set this project up for success, we have already compiled background materials about ICERT, details on our upcoming international conferences and seminars, and a list of our core themes. We will provide a designated point of contact for weekly check-ins and are ready to share existing presentation drafts to give the volunteer a clear starting point. The final outreach plan and presentation deck will be immediately put to use by our team to connect with prospective US university partners.
