We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us develop a launch-ready wellness program plan. The volunteer will facilitate a SWOT analysis, assess our program concept and readiness, identify key strengths, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for strengthening the program prior to launch. Deliverables will include a documented SWOT analysis, a program readiness assessment, and a prioritized action plan with recommended next steps to support a successful program launch.

This project will help All Care Plus expand self-health and safety by funding and structuring a wellness program to support community members. Volunteer support will directly increase program reach and sustainability.

Our team has a project proposal that we hope to bring to life with the help of volunteer collaboration. Details will be provided. We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, provide necessary background, and be available for regular check-ins so recommendations can be reviewed and put into action.
