We'd like to partner with a skilled professional who can help us conduct a SWOT analysis and deliver a concise written report summarizing organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, with high-level recommendations for next steps.

The SWOT will help the Ministry of Love in Restoration Corporation refine strategy across its seven pillars, prioritize activities, and strengthen programs that serve the hungry, homeless, sick, differently-abled, and other vulnerable community members. Volunteers’ work will guide where to focus resources to better SERVE, LOVE & RESTORE.

We will share background materials and context and make staff available to answer questions and review drafts so volunteers can complete a focused SWOT during the engagement.
